Palm Springs. CA. 92262-0012. USA. Since there is a 3 hour difference in our time zone as compare to EST. The best time to call is 10:00 to Noon EST. I guess due to the drier climate in Palm Springs. Vi. have not been complaining of pain in her knee and hip anymore.
